Please check all engraving text, spelling, dates, names and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
Personalised products are made according to the details you provide. We cannot normally accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns for items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, except where your legal rights apply.
If we make an error or an item is faulty, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
