| Production time | Every personalised item is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be engraved and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, the full production time may be required. |
| Dispatch and delivery | Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery service. Delivery times are in addition to our production time. |
| Last postal collection | Our final postal collection is Friday at 4:00 pm. Orders received after this time will be processed from the next working day. |
