PersonalisationAdd your chosen name, initials, date or short message to create a unique piece that’s made especially for you.
Choose Your FontSelect your preferred font from the available options and preview your design before adding it to your basket.
Check Your Layout CarefullyPlease review your personalisation, font choice and layout carefully before placing your order. Your item will be engraved exactly as shown in your preview.
Please Check Your SpellingDouble-check all names, dates, punctuation and capital letters before ordering. As every item is personalised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer spelling, typing or layout errors.
Production TimeEvery personalised item is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be engraved and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, the full production time may be required.
Dispatch & DeliveryOnce your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery service. Delivery times are in addition to our production time.
Last Postal CollectionOur final postal collection is Friday at 4:00 pm. Orders received after this time will be processed from the next working day.
Made Just for YouEvery personalised item is individually engraved, carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our high standards.
